Prof. Stanley Moffatt

Professor Stanley Moffatt is the president of Data Link Institute of Business and Technology. He is a renowned Professor of Biomedical Science with expertise in Virology, Molecular Pathology, Nanotechnology and Nanomedicine. He obtained a combined MSc and PhD degrees from Tohoku University School of Medicine (Japan) where he later received a two-year fellowship in Virology and Pathology for the most outstanding research thesis.He joined the Department of Virology and Comparative Pathobiology at Purdue University (USA) as a post-doctoral fellow in 1998, and as a Senior Research Fellow in the Department of Molecular Immunology and Therapeutics at the University of Texas (USA) in 2001.

He was appointed as a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical Oncology, University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in 2004. Professor Moffatt subsequently accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at NOVA Southeastern University (USA) in 2006 where he taught and researched on gene therapeutics, nanotechnology and nanomedicine. In Ghana, Prof. Moffatt started his working career as a Dean, rising through ranks such as Director of Quality Assurance, Vice President of Institutional Advancement, Vice President of Academic Affairs at Regent University College of Science and Technology.
